SART Capital Partners’ senior team members have 15 years of experience of working together on a range of private equity investments.

Tomas Holly

Managing Partner

Tomas comes from financial modeling and valuations background. Apart from fund management, he focuses on sourcing investment opportunities and improving operations with lean methods. Tomas is a CFA and FCCA charter holder.

Rastislav Brabec

Partner

Rasto provides flexible leadership in company consolidations, crisis management and business valuations. In different C-level positions he has identified high-impact operational improvements to grow profitability and cash flow. He is CIRA & CDBV certified.

Agata Rieser

IR / Administration Manager

Agata oversees ESG compliance, directs investor relations, and covers fund management and advisory company’s operations administration. She brings experience from PE and international NGO.

Patricia Molnar Nguyenova

Investment Manager

Patricia is covering valuations, investment analyses as well as portfolio company reporting. Her work helped steer two exit processes. On the fund side, she has experience with budgeting and reporting. Patricia also worked in real-estate.

Michal Kuba

Associate

Michal is a former PE-focused banker at EBRD. He gained Big4 training in M&A transaction services in London. Recently, he helped to set-up an AI and quantitative analysis start-up.
